Anche se per far ci\u00f2 \u00e8 fondamentale possedere almeno una minima informazione su questi utenti, come l&#8217;indirizzo email, che ci permetter\u00e0 non solo di contattarli per cambiare la situazione o, quanto meno,\u00a0identificare possibili barriere che non l&#8217;hanno fatto arrivare fino alla fine, ma anche a conoscere meglio i nostri clienti: i loro gusti, i prodotti ai quali sono maggiormente interessati\u2026 Per riuscirci possiamo optare per una campagna formata da tre invii, non dobbiamo esagerare per evitare di essere considerati spam. Questa comunicazione deve concentrarsi nel fornire gli aiuti necessari perch\u00e8 venga completato l&#8217;acquisto. In questa email conviene chiedere al cliente se ha qualche dubbio rispetto ai prodotti che ha inserito nel carrello e che non ha comprato o se ha bisogno d&#8217;aiuto per completare l&#8217;operazione.<\/li>\n<li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><strong style=\"box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bold;\">Una seconda email deve indicare all&#8217;utente che i prodotti selezionati rimarranno a sua disposizione fino ad una data determinata.<\/strong> Possiamo dargli informazioni sullo stock di questo prodotto o, addirittura, offrirgli altre opzioni che potrebbero interessargli.<strong style=\"box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bold;\">L&#8217;ideale \u00e8 che questo secondo invio venga lanciato prima che passi una settimana dall&#8217;abbandono del carrello.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Infine, se fosse necessario, si potrebbe inviare\u00a0<strong style=\"box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bold;\">una terza comunicazione che includa qualche offerta per stimolare la conversione.<\/strong> E&#8217; importante anche informare l&#8217;utente sul fatto che verranno ritirati dal carrello i prodotti che ha scelto.
