emBlue, an American company and leader in Customer Engagement with a strong presence in Latin America, has acquired 100% of MDirector. This move allows us to consolidate our global expansion and offer you a more robust platform, with a larger team and a more comprehensive range of features.
2. Who is emBlue?
emBlue is a Customer Engagement and Automation specialist with over 10 years in the market. It provides technology solutions that integrate data and digital channels such as email, SMS, WhatsApp, and a robust CRM to create relevant, personalized relationships between brands and consumers.
For Current MDirector Clients
3. What does this acquisition mean for me as a client of MDirector?
Nothing will change regarding your current service. You’ll continue to receive the same contracted services, the same quality, the same contact channels, and the same people you already work with. Our top priority is to ensure operational continuity and uninterrupted service.
Additionally, if you’re located in Latin America, emBlue will provide you with access to a larger support team with extended hours and faster SLAs (Service Level Agreements), further enhancing your customer service experience.
4. What benefits does this union offer me as a MDirector client?
This merger will allow you to access a more robust platform, featuring cutting-edge technology and new functionalities to improve your campaigns. You’ll also have the support of a larger team specialized in Customer Engagement, available to guide you through every stage of your strategy.
5. Will the cost of my service or current contract change?
At this time, your current contract and service terms remain unchanged. Any communication related to your service or pricing will always be made with full transparency and through official channels.
6. How do I switch platforms? Who should I contact?
It’s very simple! In the coming months, you’ll see how this union with emBlue will translate into more technology, tools, and innovative solutions available for your business. 7. Will billing still be under the same business entity in Spain?
For now, billing will remain unchanged. We will continue operating under the same legal entity in Spain, ensuring continuity in your payment processes and contractual relationship. Any future changes will be communicated with full transparency.
For clients in Latin America, billing will transition to emBlue’s local entity in each client’s country starting August 1st. Each client will be informed individually to ensure a smooth and transparent transition.
8. Will the servers remain in Europe?
Yes. The servers hosting your data will remain in Europe, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
About the Future and Integration
9. What new features or tools will I be able to use?
The integration with emBlue’s technology enhances the platform with a much broader range of Customer Engagement capabilities, turning it into an even more complete solution for your marketing and communication needs.
This includes—but is not limited to—powerful features like OneTalk (managing conversations via WhatsApp and other channels), significant improvements powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize your campaigns, an integrated CRM for more efficient customer management, pop-up banners, and push notifications to engage your audience in new ways. 10. What will happen to the MDirector brand?
The MDirector brand is now part of the emBlue family. We will continue to leverage its strong recognition in the European market to strengthen our presence and grow together.
